Ce serait<strong> le cycle de l\u2019eau<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est en tous cas ce que nous avons appris \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<br \/>Pourtant, il existe d&rsquo;autres <strong>sources d&rsquo;eau<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui,\u00a0 <strong>Herv\u00e9 Cov\u00e8s nous raconte une autre histoire<\/strong>, <strong>une autre fa\u00e7on de voir les choses<\/strong>, nous allons voir que<strong> l\u2019eau se rel=\"noopener\">le Programme des Nations unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (PNUD) demande que la communaut\u00e9 internationale reconnaisse <strong>le droit fondamental de tout \u00eatre humain \u00e0 disposer d\u2019au moins 20 litres d\u2019eau potable par jour, gratuits<\/strong> pour les plus pauvres.<\/p><p>Ensuite, force est de constater que <strong>le manque d\u2019eau peut conduire \u00e0 la malnutrition, <\/strong>puisqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <strong>un manque de nourriture saine<\/strong>. On ajoute les menaces li\u00e9es au <strong>r\u00e9chauffement climatique<\/strong> et on comprend pourquoi ce qu\u2019<strong>Herv\u00e9 Cov\u00e8s<\/strong> nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le est <strong>fondamental<\/strong>.<\/p><p>En effet, l\u2019utilisation des<strong> eaux souterraines<\/strong>, (pour l&rsquo;arrosage notamment), dont le rythme de <strong>renouvellement<\/strong> peut exiger des <strong>dizaines de milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es<\/strong>, est \u00e0 proscrire car il hypoth\u00e8que la <strong>ressource en eau<\/strong> des <strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9rations mais qui n\u2019est en fait pas exact.<br \/>La version la plus r\u00e9cente qu\u2019on peut trouver sur <strong>le cycle de l\u2019eau<\/strong> est cette version:<\/p><h4><strong>C\u2019est sur cette vue que sont bas\u00e9es toutes les sp\u00e9culations du GIEC<\/strong><\/h4><p>Par exemple, lorsqu&rsquo;on regarde ce sch\u00e9ma, on voit qu&rsquo;il y a <strong>de l&rsquo;eau dans la mer, et dans des lacs et des r\u00e9servoirs.<\/strong> On peut lire les volumes (en noir) et les <strong>temps de renouvellement<\/strong>. Toute l&rsquo;eau des lacs et des r\u00e9servoirs serait en moyenne renouvel\u00e9e tous les 10 ans sur la plan\u00e8te.<br \/><strong>L\u2019eau de la mer se renouvellerait int\u00e9gralement tous les 4000 ans<\/strong> (c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire <strong>\u00e9vaporation<\/strong> qui retombe sous forme de <strong>pr\u00e9cipitations<\/strong> et que l\u2019essentiel des <strong>pr\u00e9cipitations<\/strong> retombe sur la mer. Seul 1\/5 va retomber sur terre. Ce qui signifierait qu&rsquo;<strong>il pleut plus sur mer que sur la terre<\/strong>, puisqu&rsquo;il y a plus d&rsquo;1\/5 de terre). En plus de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9vaporation de la mer<\/strong>, sur terre il y a l\u2019<strong>\u00e9vapotranspiration<\/strong> (transpiration des plantes).<br \/>Donc plus de la moiti\u00e9 de cette eau qui retombe sur terre viendrait de la transpiration des plantes.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pourquoi_est-ce_quil_pleuvrait_plus_sur_la_mer_que_sur_les_reliefs\"><\/span>Pourquoi est-ce qu\u2019il pleuvrait plus sur la mer que sur les reliefs ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><h4>Pour r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer cela, la nature a invent\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9vapotranspiration qui va compenser l&rsquo;aridit\u00e9 normale de ces zones qui ne sont pas des oc\u00e9ans.<\/h4><p>L\u2019eau du vivant dans cette \u00e9valuation l\u00e0, reste <strong>une semaine<\/strong> (entre le moment o\u00f9 vous buvez l\u2019eau et le moment o\u00f9 Double peine !<\/strong><\/p><p>De plus, <strong>plus on est en milieu aride plus les pathog\u00e8nes<\/strong> sont pr\u00e9sents et <strong>moins on est en milieu aride plus les symbiotiques, les micro-organismes<\/strong> sont pr\u00e9sents et importants. Il y a donc plus de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber l<strong>&lsquo;azote atmosph\u00e9rique.<\/strong><\/p><p>Sur le sch\u00e9ma sont analys\u00e9s <strong>les champignons<\/strong> mais on pourrait en dispos\u00e9es le long des limbes.<br \/>En fait, la nuit, la plante capte de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, sa respiration g\u00e9n\u00e8re de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, et cette humidit\u00e9 doit bien s&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on ou d&rsquo;une autre, et certaines plantes l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuent par de petits canaux qui d\u00e9bouchent \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 des limbes et qui permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de sortir (comme nous lorsqu&rsquo;on respire, \u00e7a fait de l&rsquo;eau qui s&rsquo;\u00e9vacue). La nuit la plante ne fait pas de photosynth\u00e8se mais elle respire donc elle d\u00e9gage de l&rsquo;eau qui apparait sous forme de gouttelettes.<br \/>Le matin, ces gouttelettes d\u2019eau peuvent retomber sur le sol. L&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 se retrouve dans l&rsquo;air sous forme de brouillard et d\u00e8s que la temp\u00e9rature augmente, l&rsquo;air chaud peut capter davantage d&rsquo;eau et le Les courbes bleues<\/strong> indiquent<strong> l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative, <\/strong>c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire<strong> le pourcentage d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 <\/strong>(actuellement, gazeuse)<strong> par rapport \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau maximale que pourrait absorber l&rsquo;air <\/strong>(saturation, il pleut)<strong> \u00e0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature. <\/strong><br \/>Ce que nous voyons, ce sont donc les <strong>courbes de saturation<\/strong>.<br \/>A droite de la<strong> courbe de 100%<\/strong> (noire), <strong>l&rsquo;eau est gazeuse<\/strong>, \u00e0 gauche <strong>l&rsquo;eau est\u00a0 liquide<\/strong>.<br \/>La courbe noire montre donc le moment pr\u00e9cis o\u00f9<strong> l&rsquo;eau se condense<\/strong> (en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature) et forme <strong>la brume <\/strong>(les notes de l&rsquo;oiseau qu&rsquo;on voit dans l&rsquo;air sur la photo).<\/p><p>En fonction de ce pourcentage d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air de 50% , lorsqu\u2019on refroidit l\u2019air de 20\u00b0C \u00e0 10\u00b0C l\u2019eau commense \u00e0 se condenser et \u00e7a fait de la ros\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Toujours \u00e0 <strong>50% d\u2019humidit\u00e9<\/strong> mais alors que la plante transpire un petit peu, <strong>on passera de 50% \u00e0 70% d\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/strong><br \/>Pour que l\u2019eau se condense il suffit de 14\u00b0C<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interpretation\"><\/span>Interpr\u00e9tation\u00a0:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Si <strong>les plantes transpirent<\/strong>, c\u2019est (peut-\u00eatre) <strong>pour favoriser la condensation de l\u2019eau<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il <strong>suffit<\/strong> qu\u2019il y ait <strong>une surface froide de 14\u00b0C pour que l\u2019eau se condense<\/strong> alors que <strong>si la plante ne transpirait pas<\/strong>, il faudrait <strong>une surface froide de 10\u00b0C pour que \u00e7a se condense.<\/strong><\/p><p>S&rsquo;il fait tr\u00e8s chaud, \u00e0 35\u00b0C il suffit qu\u2019il y ait 28\u00b0C pr que l\u2019eau se condense.<br \/>Etc&#8230;<\/p><p>Donc dans nos paysages, lorsqu&rsquo;il fait tr\u00e8s chaud, l&rsquo;eau va se condenser aux endroits o\u00f9 il fait un tout petit peu plus frais.<br \/>partout o\u00f9 il fait froid, l&rsquo;eau va se condenser.<br \/>Ce qui fait que le cycle de l\u2019eau qui ne tient compte que de la pluviom\u00e9trie (l&rsquo;eau r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e dans les pluviom\u00e8tres)\u00a0 ne tient pas compte de cette \u00e9vapotranspiration.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"On_pourrait_penser_que_cette_quantite_deau_recuperee_par_levapotranspiration_est_negligeable\"><\/span>On pourrait penser que cette id=\"Pourquoi\"><\/span>Pourquoi ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Parce que les <strong>champignons endomycorhiziens<\/strong>, au niveau des <strong>tropiques<\/strong>, des zones s\u00e8ches, sont ceux qui r\u00e9sistent car ils sont <strong>adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aridit\u00e9<\/strong> de leur milieu. <br \/>Chez-nous, ce sont <strong>les arbres fruitiers qui font partie
