peu anesth\u00e9siant.<\/p><p>Pourtant, originaire du Br\u00e9sil, elle est principalement utilis\u00e9e dans la cuisine asiatique.<br \/>Elle n\u2019a absolument rien \u00e0 voir avec notre cresson ses saveurs \u00e9tonnantes qui surprennent \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr mes invit\u00e9s, <em>(tant qu&rsquo;ils ne sont pas originaires de La R\u00e9union bien s\u00fbr, car eux, connaissent !<\/em>)<br \/>Le cresson de Para est surtout connu pour ses <strong>fleurs jaunes en forme de c\u00f4nes<\/strong>, parfois appel\u00e9es <em>buzz buttons<\/em>, qui provoquent une <strong>sensation \u00e9lectrique en bouche<\/strong> : picotements, salivation, engourdissement\u2026 <strong>Une vraie exp\u00e9rience sensorielle !<\/strong><\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Je_lutilise_en_cuisine\"><\/span>Je l&rsquo;utilise en cuisine :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><ul><li><strong>En salade<\/strong> :<br \/>les jeunes feuilles peuvent \u00eatre
