o\u00f9 elles deviennent<strong> visqueuses<\/strong> et facilitent le <strong>glissement des r\u00e9sidus.<\/strong><\/p><p>Les fibres solubles<strong> diminuent l\u2019absorption des graisses, du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol sanguin et des triglyc\u00e9rides<\/strong> et permettent de pr\u00e9venir les <strong>maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/strong><\/p><p>Et elles <strong>ralentissent l\u2019absorption des glucides<\/strong>, et donc <strong>freinent<\/strong> la mont\u00e9e de la <strong>glyc\u00e9mie<\/strong>, ce qui est primordial dans la pr\u00e9vention du <strong>diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/strong><\/p><h4>O\u00f9 trouve-t on des fibres solubles<\/h4><p>Fruits : orange, pamplemousse, mangue, pruneaux s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<br \/>L\u00e9gumes : asperges, choux de Bruxelles, carottes, oignon<br \/>L\u00e9gumineuses : haricots rouges, pois<\/p><p>Et aussi dans l\u2019avoine (et particuli\u00e8rement <strong>le son d\u2019avoine<\/strong>), l\u2019orge, le psyllium, les graines de lin et de chia.<\/p><p><strong><em>Toutefois, leur peau est souvent riche en fibres insolubles<\/em><\/strong><\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_fibres_insolubles\"><\/span>Les fibres insolubles<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Elles agissent comme des <strong>petites \u00e9ponges<\/strong> dans l\u2019intestin : en se gorgeant d\u2019eau, elles augmentent le volume des selles et aident \u00e0 r\u00e9gulariser la fonction intestinale.<\/p><h4>On les trouve\u00a0:<\/h4><p>dans la peau des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes, le son de bl\u00e9, les l\u00e9gumes, certaines l\u00e9gumineuses (haricots rouges, lentilles, pois chiches, entre autres), les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, les ol\u00e9agineux (surtout dans leur peau), les graines, les feuilles et les racines.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_fibres_fermentescibles\"><\/span>Les fibres fermentescibles<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>La plupart des fruits sucr\u00e9s, les salsifis, les choux ou les f\u00e8ves, sont riches en <strong>fibres dites fermentescibles.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Maintenant que nous en savons un peu plus sur les fibres et que nous comprenons leur fonctionnement dans la digestion, voyons comment elles agissent sur notre <strong>la flore intestinale et la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019intestin <\/strong>\u00e0 produire <strong>du glucose entre les repas<\/strong>.<br \/><strong>l\u2019intestin et de ses microorganismes associ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_des_fibres_dites_fermentescibles\"><\/span>R\u00f4le des fibres dites fermentescibles :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Les <strong>fibres non-digestibles<\/strong> arrivent dans l\u2019<strong>intestin<\/strong> sans \u00eatre dig\u00e9r\u00e9es par ce dernier.<br \/>Dans l\u2019intestin se trouve la <strong>flore intestinale<\/strong> qui provoque la <strong>fermentation<\/strong> de ces fibres.<br \/>Ces <strong>bact\u00e9ries<\/strong> les d\u00e9gradent alors et les transforment\u00a0<strong> en gaz<\/strong> et en certains <strong>acides favorables<\/strong> au taux d\u2019acidit\u00e9 (pH) de l\u2019intestin.<\/p><p>Les <strong>bact\u00e9ries \u00a0fragmentent<\/strong> les fibres en <strong>acides gras \u00e0 courte cha\u00eene<\/strong> comme le <strong>propionate<\/strong> et le <strong>butyrate<\/strong> qui, eux, sont <strong>assimilables<\/strong>. Ce <strong>propionate<\/strong> sera ensuite transform\u00e9 en <strong>glucose<\/strong> par l\u2019intestin.(<em>on dit que le propionate est le \u00ab <strong>pr\u00e9curseur<\/strong> de ce glucose<\/em>)<\/p><p><strong>L\u2019intestin fabrique donc du glucose.<\/strong><\/p><p>Lorsque<strong> l\u2019intestin a synth\u00e9tis\u00e9 ce sucre<\/strong> et l\u2019a lib\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le sang (entre les repas et au cours de la nuit, <strong>ce glucose l\u00e0<\/strong> sera d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par le <strong>syst\u00e8me nerveux pr\u00e9sent dans les parois de la veine porte<\/strong> (<em>celle qui collecte le sang provenant de l\u2019intestin<\/em>). qui \u00e0 son tour <strong>envoie un signal nerveux au cerveau<\/strong>.
