rosmarinus<\/em><\/span><\/a>) est une plante aromatique populaire qui peut \u00eatre facilement cultiv\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison ou dans un jardin. <\/strong><br \/>C&rsquo;est en fait un petit arbrisseau touffu au <strong>port \u00e9rig\u00e9<\/strong>, mais qui peut \u00e9galement prendre un <strong>aspect prostr\u00e9<\/strong> (romarin officinal rampant)<strong>.<br \/><span class=\"ILfuVd\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">Les romarins \u00e0 port tapissant ou retombant<\/span><\/span> sont plus couramment utilis\u00e9s en pots car ils sont des plus d\u00e9coratifs.<br \/><\/strong><span class=\"ILfuVd\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">De plus, <\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"ILfuVd\" lang=\"fr\"><span class=\"hgKElc\"><b>toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de Vierge \u00bb etc\u2026<br \/>En Angleterre c&rsquo;est le \u00ab\u00a0rosemary\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>La couleur de sa fleur viendrait, selon une l\u00e9gende chr\u00e9tienne, du fait que la vierge Marie ait d\u00e9pos\u00e9, le jour de la naissance du Christ, sa cape bleue sur le buisson qui jusqu\u2019alors portait des fleurs blanches.<\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" romarin \u00e9tait d\u00e9sormais une sauge.<br \/>\u00ab\u00a0Quelle id\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, me suis-je dit.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification, il faut bien avouer que j&rsquo;avais en ce domaine des lacunes.<br \/>En effet, des \u00e9tudes de 2017, bas\u00e9e sur des analyses d&rsquo;ADN, ont montr\u00e9 que <strong>le romarin et la sauge<\/strong> ont une parent\u00e9 beaucoup plus \u00e9troite que ce qui \u00e9tait initialement suppos\u00e9.<br \/>En 2019, les membres du \u00ab RHS Nomenclature and Taxonomy Advisory Group \u00bb ont donc accept\u00e9 la reclassification de Rosmarinus dans antibact\u00e9riennes, antispasmodiques&#8230;<br \/><\/strong> il a des <strong>effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le syst\u00e8me nerveux et la circulation sanguine.<\/strong><br \/>Mais il est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 pour ses <strong>vertus digestives.<\/strong><br \/>Des r\u00e9sultats d\u2019\u00e9tudes <i>in\u00a0vitro<\/i> et sur des animaux <em>(et oui !)<\/em> indiquent que le <b>romarin<\/b> pourrait <strong>inhiber la prolif\u00e9ration des cellules canc\u00e9reuses<\/strong><sup>4<\/sup><sup>,23-25<\/sup>. Cette facult\u00e9 emp\u00eache aussi la destruction des cellules h\u00e9patiques, de surcroit,\u00a0 elle les r\u00e9pare.<br \/>Ce sont les jeunes pousses et bourgeons qui seront utilis\u00e9s principalement en<strong> mac\u00e9r\u00e2t glyc\u00e9rin\u00e9.<br \/><\/strong>Ou bien l\u2019<strong><b>Huile essentielle <\/b>(romarin \u00e0 verb\u00e9none). <\/strong>Prendre chaque matin <strong>2\u00a0gouttes<\/strong> sur un petit morceau de sucre ou avec un peu de miel, pour en adoucir le go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9.
